CRAFTED TAPHOUSE + KITCHEN

Crafted Taphouse is the ideal spot to take tourists or hang out with friends. The atmosphere is top notch. Crafted is best enjoyed when the weather is warm and you can dine outside and finish the night cozied up next to one of their fire pits. The menu is a bit scattered with novel specialty items, none of the usual staples of a typical brew pub. They call their menu “sophisticated gastropub”. Crafted is designed with beautiful, industrial furniture all the way down to the restrooms. In addition to their burgers, they are known for their chicken & waffles. Make sure you come hungry!

The food is almost too pretty to eat. ALMOST. Their menu is kind of hard to read but they are trying to be unique and different and I appreciate that. Once you figure out what a “BONO… BECAUSE HE SAID IT WAS GOOD” is… you will be glad you ordered it. Turns out it is their way of saying pork tacos. Served on a corn tortilla with slow roasted pork, sesame dressing, pickled red onion, cilantro slaw and sriracha mayo. An explosion on the plate and an explosion of flavor. “With 50 rotating taps from breweries around the globe, Crafted features a beer list that is second to none.”

They even have a large turtle aquarium by the entrance and they hold turtle races every Friday at 10pm. If you guess the winner you get $1 beer. Crafted is a super fun environment full of young, knowledgable servers and bartenders. They seem excited to be there, sharing their little space of Coeur d’Alene with you.
