12oct9:00 am5:00 pmBarbecue and Grill Academy: The Culinary Art and ScienceLearn the Art and Science behind grilling and barbecue including direct as well as indirect heat applications such as smoking, roasting, braising, etc. This is a three series course open to the public and hosted by Washington State University Extension to teach you about Barbecue: The Culinary Art and Science. In addition to the series of 3 courses each individual course can be taking independently if you choose. Participants will learn through hands on instruction while having the opportunity to engage with WSU Extension faculty and staff that share the same passion for good food off the grill.
