Ah, Thursday. Sooo close to Friday, but not quite there. What’s a girl to do? Not to worry, I’ve got a great dinner option to finish out your Thursday night and usher you into Friday. The best part? It’s $3.00. Yes, you read that right. If you haven’t heard of Main Market Co-op’s $3 Thursday dinners, you need to get yourself in the know tonight! From 4-7pm on Thursday evenings, Main Market offers a meat and vegan dinner option. Last week I dropped in for their $3 meal which included a bowl of chili and a side of corn bread and coleslaw. Amazing flavor at an even more amazing price. The best part? Main Market uses whole ingredients and makes all of their $3.00 dinners from scratch in their deli. You really can’t go wrong!

Haven’t heard of Main Market Co-Op? Located downtown next to Zola, this community owned full service grocery and deli was opened in 2010. They work to provide healthy, sustainable and local food options for the Spokane community. If you live or work downtown, or just need to switch up your grocery or deli routine, I would highly recommend checking out Main Market.
