I grew up with the mantra “a balanced diet is a cookie in each hand” and while i’m still a big cookie lover, i’ve learned that my body, mind, and soul are at their best when my diet/exercise routine is balanced! When it comes to diet, i try to eat high protein but have really been looking for a better way to track macros, that’s where Forge Health comes it.
When it comes to moving my body, I love variety and I need accountability… that’s where Forge Health comes in! Weight training one day, cardio the next, boxing, glute work, getting my core strength back post-baby, group fitness, you name it, Forge has a trainer that can help! And not only fitness, they have skin and massage experts too to help your inner and outer body look and feel its best!

Lydi | Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a table-based neuro myofascial manual therapy method that focuses on the connective tissue system rather than isolated muscle treatment.
FST improves blood flow to tired muscles, which helps you to recover faster with less soreness. It can help you to run faster, lift heavier, boost endurance, improve coordination, and increase flexibility. FST also helps to alleviate chronic pain. I loveeee my stretch sessions with Lydi! She knows how to push my body right to it’s limit without pain or discomfort but providing for greater flexibility and movement.
I’ve had many friends try her services and they all have RAVE reviews as well! We’re so lucky to have this service in Spokane now!

Jeremy Templeton and Ben Moss | Group Fitness Trainers
As certified trainers in the industry for over 15 years, Jeremy and ben co-train a High-Intensity Interval Training class that feature boxing, weights, and cardio in a circuit style 1-hour class.
These classes are different than anything else offered in the Spokane area! I mentioned before but trying something new and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone can be one of the most rewarding and beneficial ways to move your body while gaining new confidence, strength, and skills. Jeremy and Ben always modify exercises to different levels of fitness so all levels are welcome.
Current clients always leave class mentioning that they feel strong, less stress, and with an endorphin high. Consistency is key to achieving results so we’re all about creating habits we can stick with and this class is definitely that! You’ll sweat, you’ll move, you’ll build strength, and you’ll have FUN! I couldn’t stop smiling while boxing with the boys!
