If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit yet, write “Go to Incrediburger & Eggs” at the top of your to-do list right now. They opened their doors on February 8th and they have been making waves across Spokane. Incrediburger & Eggs is a brand-new restaurant in downtown Spokane that seamlessly combines a fast-casual dining experience with fresh, tasty burgers, egg bowls, salads, and milkshakes that will leave you feeling egg-cellent!
Incrediburger & Eggs has an industrial, almost steampunk-y feel. The exposed brick walls are creatively decorated with an infusion of their personal insignia. When you arrive, you are given the unique choice to order at either the counter or from an interactive kiosk. After placing your order, you are given a small buzzer that gives an alert once your meal is ready.
Their expansive menu includes handmade burgers, egg sandwiches, enticing appetizers and boozy milkshakes. The best part? No menu item exceeds $8!!
The Pure Gold burger had all the components of a quintessential diner-esque burger, but with an upscale twist. The burger was held together with a buttery bun, and inside was a juicy handmade patty, aged cheddar cheese, truffle-foie gras mayo, chiati jam and pickled mustard seeds. All the components combined flawlessly into one perfect bite after another.
We also went for breakfast on Valentine’s Day… How romantic, I know… We ordered a couple different items to try and my favorite was definitely the brunch burger. It has a pancake bun, loads of cheese, bacon, and the meat is juicy and delicious. The brunch burger was out of this world and I firmly believe that every future Valentine’s Day must start with a burger. My love language is food, what can I say?
You can’t logically have a burger without a milkshake, right? We tried the Caramel Corn milkshake, which is made with actual pieces of everyone’s favorite fair food!! It was rich, creamy, and the little pieces of caramel corn offered the perfect amount of crunch. It gets better as you get to the bottom so don’t give up.
In addition to their greasy burgers and sugary milkshakes, Incrediburger & Eggs has a couple of options for the more health-conscious folks out there. We tried the Swoll Bowl, which has two whole eggs, three egg whites, and turkey sausage scrambled onto a bed of veggie hash and topped with avocado. I ate every last morsel, and will definitely be back again for another! The only thing that would make this bowl better is some pico de gallo or salsa.
Essentially, Incrediburger & Eggs offers quality, delicious eats in a casual environment at prices that won’t break the bank! We would definitely recommend it and commend Chef Adam Hegsted for working hard to bring another one of his fabulous creations to Spokane. Your work is SO appreciated, Adam.
Keep eating, Spokane. And, remember to tell them we sent you! XOXO
