METHOD JUICE CAFE

METHOD JUICE CAFE

I didn’t believe a cafe with an all-natural, 100% organic, vegan menu could have incredible tasting food. Until I tried Method Juice Café and they turned me into a believer. I instantly feel in love with their organic smoothies, juices, acai bowls, salads, rice bowls and more.

Every day, Method cold presses and bottles their own juices using a $30,000 state-of-the-art cold presser. Their presser allows them to remove most of the oxygen and preserve the nutrients. Their juices are the perfect snack to give you a boost of energy, hydrate after a workout, use all day as a “cleanse” or sneak fruit and vegetables into your diet. During the Winter months, I love to get my juices heated up. The Pure” juice is amazing, and it is even better hot! Some of my other favorite heated drinks are the Pear Cider and the seasonal “Drive”.

Once you become a regular (and trust me, you will), you will want to pick up one of Method’s reusable jars and score a discount on every subsequent drink you purchase!

If you’re a peanut butter lover (and who isn’t?!), you’ll want to try the ‘Mighty” bowl. This bowl is made with acai, peanut butter, banana, almond milk, and raw agave and topped with fresh fruit, granola and a drizzle of your choice. Any bowl can be customized with additional toppings, so you can create the bowl of your dreams.

I love heading to method when I want something sweet, but they are also my go-to when I want something savory. Their hearty rice bowls have 17 grams of protein!! Until December, Method is offering a special where you can get a heart bowl for only $7. This is a steal. Their rice bowls are packed with quinoa, loaded with veggies, and topped with your favorite sauce (I prefer the lemon tahini).

You can enjoy Method Juice Cafe at either of their two locations: Downtown at 718 West Riverside Ave and on the Northside on 7704 North Division.
