What a journey it has been to help Chandler and Dan find their forever home in Spokane. We started talking to Chandler 5 years ago – a relationship started through Instagram just like many of our clients – that lead to searching for their Spokane home. Q: Who is The Fowler Group?
Ryan and Danielle Fowler, husband + wife team and owners, now have a team of agents that help buyers and sellers in WA + ID. Ryan is a veteran of the Army National Guard. They enjoy being connected to the community through real estate while leading the industry in excellence and integrity.
Q: What are your favorite aspects of raising a family in Spokane?
A: We love the 4 seasons of outdoor activities that we can do together – skiing in the winter, paddle boarding and hiking in the summer. We love the growth and emphasis on family friendly activities and parks to enjoy with the kids. One of our favorite aspects of being self-employed is including our family in our days. Any opportunity to add a short park run or grab a quick bite together – in between our daily work activities – is a blessing we don’t take for-granted. Luckily, living in Spokane makes it so easy and fun to do so.
Q: Who does The Fowler Group assist?
A: We help all buyers at any stage: first time home buyers, new construction, second homes, vacation properties, investment properties and acreage. And the same goes for those selling. We work both in the Eastern Washington and North Idaho market.
Q: What are your favorite restaurants in town?
A: Oh my goodness! So many good ones. We are foodies. Some of our favorites are Cochinito (best tacos in town and family friendly), Wooden City (must get the shrimp appetizer), 1898 Public House. Luna and Crafted Taphouse (in CDA) are our go-to’s for date nights.
Q: What does the process look like to get started with you?

Q: Your Instagram page is very community-centric. What is the heart behind that?
A: Being a small, local family business, we understand the value of others coming alongside, encouraging and sharing our own brand. Being able to offer the same to many other businesses in town has been such a JOY! Behind each business is an individual or a family – with goals, dreams and a mission – to better the community around them. Our Spokane community loves on local businesses like no other and we love just being a small part of sharing these people and their businesses with you.
Q: I’m new to the area. What are some good resources to learn the area?
A: So many great resources! If you’re following Spokane Eats, you’ve found one of the best. 🙂 We have several local guides (local businesses and foodie edition) on our own Instagram page and share many local businesses and events as well.
